Hello, I’m Tala Amaya. 🌿 I’m an intentional living creator, holistic wellness guide, and founder of Flourish Laya. I explore what it means to design a life that works more like nature. This kind of life is rooted in wellbeing, purpose, freedom, connection, and regenerative living. At 40, people are often surprised by my age and frequently assume I’m much younger. I see this as one reflection of the way I’ve learned to care for my wellbeing, energy, mindset, lifestyle, and connection with nature. These are the same principles I explore and share through my life and work. My work and everyday life are shaped by nature’s teachings, ecological design, biomimicry, herbalism, permaculture, embodiment, creativity, inner self-connection, mindset, gentle systems, and more. I’m especially interested in how we can create lives and ways of working that support us rather than continually deplete us. Here, I share the lived side of that journey: intentional living, wellbeing, van life and small-space design, nature connection, regenerative practices, creativity, purpose, and the ongoing process of building a life that feels both meaningful and alive. Through Flourish Laya, I also guide purpose-led individuals and organizations in designing life and work like an ecosystem where they cultivate holistic wellbeing, sustainable productivity, purposeful living, and positive impact.
If you’re exploring how to live with greater intention, vitality, purpose, and connection to the natural world, you’re welcome here. Let’s grow at a human pace.
